1. Account Terms

2. Payment Processing

Any financial transactions initiated through WhatShop are processed via secure third-party payment integrations. We do not store complete raw banking credentials on our local servers.

3. Loyalty Rewards

Loyalty coins and vouchers earned within the app hold no physical cash value outside the partner stores within our local ecosystem.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. In-App Payments

If you experience duplicate billing or technical payment failures, refund requests must be made within 48 hours by contacting support@kullooo.com. Approved refunds are processed back to the original source (Google Pay/UPI) within 5 to 7 working days.

2. Order Cancellation

For physical goods purchased via partner merchant storefronts, cancellations must be made directly with the store before packaging/fulfillment starts.
