5. Listings and Advertisements

Food Delivery (We Deliver): Businesses and individuals offering food or groceries must ensure all products comply with applicable health and safety regulations. WhatShop is not responsible for the quality, safety, or delivery of food items. Classifieds: All ads for items, such as motors, electronics, or appliances, must accurately reflect the condition of the product being sold. We reserve the right to remove listings that are fraudulent, misleading, or violate local laws. Service Listings: Service providers are solely responsible for ensuring that the services listed, such as repair or medical services, comply with all legal requirements. WhatShop does not guarantee the quality or legality of services provided by third parties. Business Listings: Users listing businesses must ensure that their business practices and offerings comply with all local laws and regulations. Property Listings: Users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any property listings for sale, rent, or lease. WhatShop does not verify property ownership or legality.

6. Fees and Payments

While WhatShop is free to use, certain premium features or services may incur fees. These fees will be clearly displayed before you agree to use any premium services.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Users are responsible for paying any applicable taxes, fees, or charges associated with transactions conducted through the Platform.

7. Privacy and Data Collection

10. Termination and Account Suspension

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violating these Terms, engaging in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. If your account is terminated, you may lose access to any content, listings, or information associated with your account. You are not entitled to any refunds or compensation for unused services if your account is terminated for cause.

We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, about the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the Platform for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhatShop is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from interactions or transactions with third parties (including sellers, buyers, or service providers) conducted through the Platform.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WhatShop, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:
